5 Elements of Nature Walk

…. With the 5 Elements of Nature Walk   

The 5 Elements of Nature Walk is a series of five meditative walks on easily accessible locations in Amsterdam nature, Zandvoort-aan-Zee, or the dunes-forest-beach nearby Kennemerduincamping Bakkum. The walking is combined with exercises and movements with influences from yoga, tai chi and shinrin-yoku, breathing exercises and meditation, and inspired by the Mind-Walk® method.

Every training you experience one of the 5 elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether (space) in nature and in yourself. Being outside, in nature gives you a moment of rest and relaxation and brings your body and mind into balance. The group size is max. 6 people, and the duration of the training is 1.5 hrs. It is also possible to take part in a single training, instead of following the full series of 5.

The trainings are suitable for both the novice and the more experienced hiker, for those recovering from a burn-out or long-Covid, or as a company fitness programme / team event.

We conclude each training with a cup of tea, and the possibility to share experiences with each other.
