Welcome to Stillness in Nature’s terms and conditions. By booking an activity (such as a workshop or training) at Stillness in Nature, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be fully bound by these terms, you will not be able to participate in the activity.
Cancellation
A Shinrin-Yoku workshop or 5 Elements of Nature walk training (single training or series of 5 training sessions), once booked and paid for, cannot be cancelled. However, your place can be passed on to someone you know; inform Stillness in Nature of this 1 day in advance at the latest via stillness.nature@gmail.com (or 06-83540240). If the participant does not show up on the agreed date, time and place without having communicated a cancellation, the participant loses the right to participate at another time. A new reservation will then have to be made.
Times
There is a 10-minute tolerance policy to allow all participants to arrive at the spot listed under ‘meeting spot’.
Calamities
In dangerous weather conditions (such as extreme heat or cold, snow or sleet, thunderstorms, code orange or red KNMI), and/or from wind force 5 with or without gusts, the Shinrin-Yoku workshop or 5 Elements of Nature Walk training will be cancelled, postponed or shortened.
In the event of illness of the guide / trainer, too few registrations, or other calamities, the activity will be moved to another date. You will be notified by e-mail at least 1 day in advance. If the new date does not suit the participant, they can choose to receive a refund of the registration fee of the Shinrin-Yoku workshop or 5 Elements of Nature Walk training. Any travel and other costs incurred will not be reimbursed!
